Product Description
WeightM8 offers digital workout PDF plans, including:
- Complete 100-Day System: All 10 phase PDFs covering 100 days of structured workouts
- Individual Phases: Single 10-day workout phase PDFs
Each PDF includes:
- Day-by-day workout tables with exercises, sets, and reps
- Tracking columns for recording your progress
- Benchmark workouts for measuring improvement
Purchase and Payment
Pricing
- All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated
- Prices are subject to change without notice
- The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of purchase
Payment
- We accept payment through secure third-party payment processors
- Payment must be received in full before product delivery
- You are responsible for any transaction fees charged by your bank or payment provider
- All sales are processed in real-time
Taxes
You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or fees associated with your purchase.
Product Delivery
- PDF products are delivered digitally via email to the address provided at checkout
- Download links are typically sent within minutes of successful payment
- You are responsible for providing a valid email address
- Check your spam/junk folder if you don’t receive the email within 24 hours
- Download links remain active for a reasonable period but may expire
- It is your responsibility to download and save the PDFs promptly
Important: We are not responsible for lost files due to computer failure, accidental deletion, or other user errors. Please backup your files.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds once the product has been delivered and download links have been sent.
Exceptions:
- If you were charged twice for the same order (we will refund the duplicate charge)
- If the product files are corrupted or cannot be downloaded (we will resend or refund)
- If you did not receive the product within 48 hours of purchase (contact us first for resolution)
To request a refund under these exceptions, contact us at support@weightm8.com within 7 days of purchase with your order details.
License and Usage Rights

- Save backup copies for personal use
What You Cannot Do
- Share, distribute, or resell the PDFs to others
- Upload the PDFs to public file-sharing platforms or websites

- Use the content for commercial purposes
- Remove copyright notices or proprietary markings
- Use the PDFs in group training or coaching without a commercial license
Violation of these terms may result in legal action and termination of your license.
Intellectual Property
All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, workout plans, and PDFs, are the property of WeightM8 and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The WeightM8 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of WeightM8. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.
