Program Details

Both. The workouts include exercise options for home setups (dumbbells, bodyweight) and gym equipment (barbells, machines). You choose based on what's available.

Most workouts are 45-60 minutes including warm-up and cool-down. Some cardio or recovery days may be shorter.

Minimum: dumbbells or resistance bands. Ideal: access to a gym with barbells, machines, and cardio equipment. The PDFs include exercise alternatives based on your setup.

Program Structure

100 days divided into phases. Each phase focuses on strength, cardio, mobility, and capacity work. You follow the daily workout tables and track your progress.

The system works best when followed as written. Recovery days are built in. If you skip days or modify randomly, you lose the progression structure.
Pick up where you left off. Don't skip ahead. The program is designed as a sequence, so missing one day means you continue from that day when you return.

Yes. Mobility, active recovery, and full rest days are part of the system. Rest is scheduled intentionally.

Results depend on consistency and effort. The program is designed to build strength, improve conditioning, and help you track measurable progress through benchmarks. It's not a transformation guarantee—it's a training system.
No. WeightM8 is a workout system only. Nutrition is not included. You're responsible for your own eating habits.

No. This is a PDF-based program. You download the workouts and follow them independently. No personal coaching is included.
