Program Details
Both. The workouts include exercise options for home setups (dumbbells, bodyweight) and gym equipment (barbells, machines). You choose based on what's available.
Yes. The system is structured with recovery days, progressive phases, and clear instructions. If you can commit to following the plan, the program will work for you.
Most workouts are 45-60 minutes including warm-up and cool-down. Some cardio or recovery days may be shorter.
